What will you contribute with?
As a Tech Lead, you will be a leader in building strong and autonomous teams that will drive our digital offering and application forward to develop veterinary experiences that will change how pet owners seek and receive care. Your responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams, establish agile processes together with product owners and work on sprints and set joint releases.

Working as a Tech Lead at Evidensia means collaborating closely with product owners, other tech leads working in the same application as well as a talented development team in several locations in Europe. You will also be given exciting opportunities to travel to the team in Belgrade and other locations to collaborate with the teams stationed there.

As a person, we believe that you are a communicative team player who embraces coaching and feedback-based leadership. We are looking for the following qualities:

Need to have 

• At least 3+ years' experience of working as a Tech Lead.
• Hands-on experience in .NET and Azure, AWS or Google Cloud focusing on cloud-native services.
• Great experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• 1-2 years experience working with microservices, event-driven design and serverless.

Nice to have 

• Previous experience working in the MedTech industry.
• Hands-on experience in React Native, JavaScript.
• An engineering background within computer/IT or relevant education.
